Dr Yutao Sun is a leading young scholar on the S&T and innovation studies. Now, He is a professor of innovation management in the School of Economics and Management, Dalian University of Technology, China. He was awarded a Marie Curie Fellowship under the European Union’s FP7 and worked as a Marie Curie Research Fellow at the University of Nottingham between 2012 and 2014. His research interests focus on innovation systems, networks, and policy. He published several articles on China’s innovation system and policy in international journals, such as Science, Research Policy, Technological Forecasting and Social Change.

He studied Industrial Technology at the University of Bradford, followed by a Masters in Industrial Relations at the London School of Economics and a doctorate from the University of Leeds. He taught in the Engineering Faculty at Bradford, then moved to Bradford Management Centre before being appointed as the first Chair at Napier University, Edinburgh, to establish and lead the Employment Research Institute in 1997. In 2000, he moved to Toulouse Business School as the first Director of Research and after 10 years assumed responsibility for International Development. In 2015, he worked as the Dean of the Faculty of Business at Curtin University in Sarawak, and after two years, he became the Executive Dean of the Faculty of Business and Law at Taylor’s University. In 2019, he worked as the Head of the Department of Management. Currently, he is the Head of the Work & Employment Relations Department in Leeds University Business School, United Kingdom.
Prof Dr. Jonathan Winterton

Adrian Hia is a Partner at Kairous Capital, a regional venture capital firm in the Asia Pacific. He has enlisted in Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia, Tatler’s Asia Most Influential and US Department of State’s Indo-Pacific Youth Dialogue delegate for his contribution and work in Asia’s venture capital industry. As a pioneer member of Kairous Capital, he spearheaded the process of setting up the regional infrastructure of the firm across China, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore.
Apart from that, he is also leading the investment team of Kairous Capital. To date, he has reviewed more than 1500 deals, leading the effort for more than 17 regional investments and managing assets size of USD150 million under Kairous Capital. Some of his noticeable investments are Wellous and Intrepid Asia Group, which Kairous Capital just acquired at USD250 million valuation and exited the latter in July 2022 with an 8x return. He is also equipped with extensive IPO experience in Hong Kong and the United States.

Has a total of four companies in Japan and abroad, including Creww, and two of them were successfully acquired. Involved in many projects from organizations related to building startup ecosystems and propounding entrepreneurship and innovation in Japan. He has given numerous lectures at universities and large corporations, including areas on Diet to current Diet members and ministers. Selected as an expert to exchange views with the Governor of Tokyo, and is working with many local governments, including the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, on projects to promote the startup ecosystem and innovation.

She is the Regional Director of the Department of Science and Technology-MIMAROPA Region (DOST-MIMAROPA) for over 15 years. Throughout her tenure, Dr. Abilay has fostered a responsive and results-driven office, delivering relevant and effective S&T solutions including access to water technologies, building disaster resilience, and acceleration of research, development, and innovation, among others, that made a dent in countryside development and brought recognition and honours from various institutions. As one of the luminaries in her field, Dr. Abilay received the University of the Philippines’ College of Economics and Management “2021 Distinguished Alumna Award for Public Sector Governance and MSME Development.", the Benita and Catalino Yap Foundation (BCYF) Innovation Award (BIA) for Government Service”, and named as one of the "Ten Outstanding Movers of the Philippines (TOMP) 2019 Champion of Life" and receiving the "Hero of the Environment Award" from the SAVE ME Movement.
She was also named a national finalist for the 2019 William D. Dar (WDD) Research Leadership Award conferred by the Philippine Association of Research Managers, Inc. (PHILARM). Under Dr. Abilay’s leadership, DOST-MIMAROPA attained the coveted Philippine Quality Award (Level 2), highest level of recognition in the country for exemplary organizational performance. Furthermore, DOST-MIMAROPA received the Science for the People Award in the Governance Innovation and was recognized as one of the finalists for 2017 BCYF Innovation Award for Government Service. Notably, Dr. Abilay was recently named as one of the finalists of the 2021 Presidential Gawad Career Executive Service or Gawad CES.

He obtained a BSc in Metallurgical Science and Engineering from the Yonsei University in 1987 and a MA and a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology in 1992, Korea. After, he worked for Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute (KAERI) as a senior researcher. After joining Hanbat National University in 2002, he has worked as a dean of the international Office between 2018 and 2020, and Director of Planning between 2019 and 2021 in the university. Currently, he is the president of HBNU and Co-representative of the University Development Council in Daejeon Metropolitan City.

Alexander Brem is an Endowed Chaired Professor of Entrepreneurship in Technology and Digitalization, funded through the Mercedes-Benz Fund of the Stifterverband, and Institute Director at the University of Stuttgart, Germany. In addition, he is an Honorary Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the University of Southern Denmark.
He is an IEEE Senior Member, and Editor of the IEEE Engineering Management Review journal, among other editorial engagements. Research of Alexander Brem is focused on technological innovation and entrepreneurship. His work is acknowledged with being listed as one of the most research-intensive business and management professors in German speaking countries and beyond

Professor Ts. Dr. Murali Raman is both a Rhodes Scholar and Fulbright fellow. His academic credentials include a Phd from SISAT, Claremont, USA; MBA (Imperial College, London); MSc Human Resources (London School of Economics, UK).
With his research team, Dr. Murali and his team has secured close to RM1.5Million in grant funding over the last five years. He as affiliated to Stanford’s Technology Venture Program as a Faculty Fellow- where he has had and continue to discuss issues surrounding creating a vibrant entrepreneurship ecosystem and application of innovative thinking via Design-Principles in Malaysia. He is a Stanford certified Design Thinker.
Prof Murali Raman is also certified in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) – 2016 as an NLP Certified Practitioner. He is also a Certified Trainer in Colored Brain Communication and Emotional Drivers based on Directive Communication Psychology. He is also a Fellow with the Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM).
Throughout his career in the corporate and academic sector, Prof. Murali has managed, led and director numerous programmes in relation to digital transformation. With Accenture Consulting he managed a total of nine [9] projects of which three were in Singapore with Tier 1 clients.
Prof Murali continues to consult and assists corporations to transform digitally, using design thinking and business model canvassing ideals. In recognition of his leadership Prof Murali has received several accolades at the International level

Prof (Dr.) Sujit Bhattacharya is Chief Scientist and Dean Policy Research at CSIR-NIScPR and Professor in AcSIR. He is Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Scientometric Research (indexed SCI and SCOPUS). He is PhD from IIT–Delhi, and MSc (Physics) Delhi University. Was Professor of Science Policy – Jawaharlal-Nehru- University during 2007-2009. His research area covers Science-Technology-Innovation studies, Scientometrics, and IPR.
Authored around 100 research papers and Co-authored/Co-edited Eleven books. Has presented papers at various national/international forums and has coordinated/member of various international/national level projects, and core committee member of various national/international bodies and in Editorial Board of four international journals.

Prof. CK Ho is the Vice Chancellor of the Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation. He is also a Fellow at the Yangtze Delta Region Institute of Tsinghua University, China. His research interest includes computational intelligence, machine learning, artificial intelligence and trustworthy computing. He has been an ICT consultant over the past 15 years, bringing research into industrial practice. Prof. Ho has experience working with clients from numerous industries and government agencies where he led the design, development and delivery of solutions spanning the areas of intelligent services, IT master planning, network fault analysis, data analytics, policy and regulatory framework for ICT, and talent development. He has trained and coached senior leadership teams from the public sector and large private corporations.
Prof. Ho won the Outstanding Contribution to Education Award in the 2015 Asia’s Education Excellence Award. He won the Gold Medal and the Semi Grand Prize Winner at Canada's 2020 International Invention Innovation Competition. Prof. Ho was acknowledged as an expert in the field of Artificial Intelligence at the 2019 Entrepreneur Summit (Project Technology Roadshow) in Jiaxing, China.

Dr. Chea Vatana has joined CamTech as a founding member in 2021. Prior to that, he worked as a researcher at the Cambodia Development Resource Institute (CDRI), a policy think-tank. He holds a master degree in private law from the Royal University of Law and Economics, Phnom Penh, Cambodia, and a master and Ph.D degree in demography from Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand. He was also a doctoral fellow at the Centro Studi di Politica Internazionale and at Roma Tre University, Rome, Italy. Dr. Chea is currently attending a master degree of applied science in data, economics, and development policy at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). His research interest includes population projection, migration and development, human capital development, and economics of household. He has authored and co-authored more than a dozen peer-reviewed scientific articles including book chapters and journals in ISI and SCOPUS database.

at CIT. She has over 22+ years of experience in teaching and 12+ years in research. She has guided
over 10 research scholars in the discipline of Wireless Communication and Biomedical signal
processing.
Dr.A.Rajeswari obtained her doctoral degree in Information and Communication from Anna University,
Chennai in 2007 and her Masters in Communication Systems in 2002. Her areas of research include
Sensing in Cognitive Radio networks, Equalization techniques for OFDM systems, and Biomedical signal

Dr. Levy B. Arago, Jr. is the first and current President of the Mindoro State University (MinSU), the only State University in the province of Oriental Mindoro. A duly-licensed Professional Teacher and Agriculturist, Dr. Arago has over forty years of service in the field of education. Dr. Ramon M. Docto is currently on his second term as the 8th President of the Palawan State University. He traces his humble roots in Agusan Del Sur, the place where he was born, and later on took his primary and secondary education. His passion is entrenched in the field of Sciences, being a holder of a degree in Bachelor of Science in General Sciences at the Southwestern University in Cebu City and PhD in Environmental Science at University of the Philippine Los Baños. Teaching has always been close to his heart. He has been teaching for fourty (40) years at Palawan State University. Armed with the passion for research, He became a Research Director for six (6) years. He has thirteen (13) Research Publication and twenty (20) research projects/undertaken. He was also a visiting professor in Master of Science in Environmental Management Program at Thai Nguyen University, Peoples Republic of Vietnam. He is the National President of the Philippine Society for the Study of Nature (PSSN) and Consortium Chairperson of the Southern Tagalog Islands Research and Development Consortium (STIRDC). Prof Dr. Tran Ngoc Hai serves as the Vice Rector of Can Tho University since March 2021, and is responsible for Scientific Research and International Relations Affairs. Promoting national and international collaboration, particularly among Universities, Industries, Government and Association for education, research, innovation, start-up, technology development and application, and community services are the key duties. He is now the coordinator for the program “Sustainable Development of the Mekong Delta – Outlook to 2045 (SDMD 2045)” (https://sdmd2045.ctu.edu.vn/), initiated and hosted by Can Tho University. Prof Tran Ngoc Hai obtained MSc degree in Aquaculture from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) – Malaysia, in 2017, and PhD degree in Aquaculture and Aquatic Resource Management from Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) – Thailand, in 2005. Previously, he served as the Vice Dean of College of Aquaculture and Fisheries – Can Tho University during 2012-2021. He is currently also a Vice Chief of Vietnam Seaculture Association. With his major, he is interested in doing research on Innovative and Advanced Aquaculture and on Sustainable Development of Aquaculture, which is a strong focus for the Mekong Delta.

Prof. Ir. Asri Nugrahanti, M.S., Ph.D., IPU (EPE), currently a Vice Rector I (Academic Affairs) Universitas Trisakti since 2017. She graduated with a Doctorate in Petroleum Engineering at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 2007. She has produced 29 (twenty-nine) Papers/Posters, 5 (five) Intellectual Property Rights, 21 (twenty-first) Professional Activities/Community Services, and 8 (eight) Certificate of Competence and Professions. Courses that have been and are being taught include Entrepreneurship and Innovation. She obtained some training related to Entrepreneurship, such as from Bank Mandiri, School of Business Management - Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), and Rhenald Kasali School for Entrepreneurs.

The Director of Bandung Techno Par, and a lecturer at Telkom University. He was the Deputy Dean at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Telkom University (2019-2022). Koredianto received his Bachelor's from Bandung Institute of Technology, a Master from Technical University of Munich, and a Ph.D. from Bandung Institute of Technology, respectively. He is an active researcher in signal processing at Telkom University since 2008 and affiliated with Bandung Institute of Technology's Radio Telecommunication and Microwave Lab since 2013.

He teaches public policies at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (HUFS) in Seoul. He was a senior researcher at Science and Technology Policy Institute and served as a policy advisor to the Minister of Science and Technology in Korea.
He was also a director of the Institute for Government and Governance and dean of the Budget, Planning and Evaluation Office of HUFS. His research has focused on Korean S&T policy, policy process analysis, and governance issues in STI policy.
