For over 17 years have published, edited and reviewed national and international journals. Research area are principally enterprise education and the application of technology to business. Hold a number of external appointments with commercial and academic institutions and am currently shouldering the responsibility as Senior Head of School, for School of Business. The role includes ensuring the quality and relevance of programs and courses, recruiting, developing, and managing faculty members to maintain a high standard of teaching, research, and service. Also working with faculty to design and update the curriculum to meet the needs of students and industry trends. Ensuring that students receive appropriate support services to enhance their learning experience and address any academic or personal issues.

Building and maintaining partnerships with industry professionals and organizations to foster collaborations and internships for students and finally plan and manages research and publications, to encourage and support members of the School in conducting research and publishing scholarly work.

Experienced Lecturer with 16 years of industrial experience from esteemed organizations. Demonstrated history of working in software house, stock exchange, and banking with a specialization in human resources. Hold Ph.D. in Management and currently engage in teaching Management subjects. Strong research background focusing on Employee Engagement, and other organizational behavior aspects and awarded 3 fundamental research grant schemes since 2011.
